Robert Olah - Director of Real Estate - Western Region


Robert Olah is Director of Real Estate for Equiventure Capital Western Region. In this position, Mr. Olah is responsible for overseeing, coordinating and directing all real property transactions including their acquisition, sale, lease, operations and management for the company's western region.

Mr. Olah joined Equiventure Capital after a twelve career as a principal in commercial and residential real estate encompassing development, appraising, investment, and property management with several nationally known real estate firms. Prior to joining Equiventure Capital, Mr. Olah held the position of Chief Financial Officer and Broker of Record for a large privately held real estate brokerage firm located in Los Angeles, California and was primarily responsible for managing the financial risks of the corporation.

Mr. Olah received a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration with a concentration in Finance and Real Estate at the California State University, Northridge and is also licensed to appraise residential properties in California. He holds several real estate certifications including as a court-qualified real estate expert witness and an SRA designation from the Appraisal Institute; a credential held by less than 1% of professional appraisers nationally.
