As Executive Vice President for Equiventure Capital, Michael Vallone is responsible for Corporate marketing and financial Consulting Services for a wide variety of technologies, and commercial/residential real estate projects. Michael brings diverse experience in several industries, broad expertise in multiple disciplines and an outstanding record of achievements for his Clients and Investors.
While attending academic studies, Michael joined his family's real estate firm that owned, managed and developed commercial and residential properties nation-wide. This experience afforded him a unique opportunity to apply new technologies that broaden the effectiveness of its marketing strategies and created a unified online process that greatly enhanced the firm's ability to manage the entire real estate operation. Michael expanded his professional expertise in the public sector as Legislative Assistant to the New York City Council and appointment to Staff Director in Mayor's Office of Management and Budget (OMB). At OMB Michael applied creative fiscal solutions and advanced technologies that streamlined the City's operations and generated significant revenues, without raising taxes that contributed to the first balanced budget in New York City's history in more than 20 years. Following on the heels of his success in the public sector, Michael returned to the private sector in technology and real estate. On the technology side, he added to his successful track record in the application and development of new technologies. These technologies included complex digital communication networks, multi-media and wide-variety of technologies that served as the backbone for creating and implementing VoIP, Optical Multi-media, and other applications that businesses depend on to grow and manage their operations via the internet. On the real estate side, Michael has been responsible for many multi-million dollar commercial real estate transactions.
Michael holds a Master in Project Management from George Washington University, a Master Degree in Business Administration/Marketing from the Roth Graduate School of Business / Long Island University (LIU), a Master degree with honors in Public Administration/Quantitative Analysis from LIU and a double major Bachelor degree from the City University of New York, Queens College. Michael is a licensed real estate Broker of record, licensed Teacher, and a member of many organizations among them several Real Estate Boards, International Council of Shopping Centers and the IEEE.
