Matt Morrison, Associate Director of the Mid-Atlantic region, brings ten plus years of real estate investment finance and asset based lending experience from a large national brokerage firm and as Founder of a privately owned financing firm. During this period, Matt built an impressive track record closing more than seventy transactions involving all asset classes – multifamily complexes, office, retail, hotels, sales to investors and owner users, and leasing of office / industrial / retail space. In total, Matt negotiated commercial transactions totaling more than three quarters of a million square feet equating to an accumulated valuation exceeding two hundred and twenty million dollars.
Matt honed his commercial financing skills in retail investments with a value-add component, corporate roll outs for national credit retailers, and tenant / landlord representation. He has built solid relationships with some of the nation’s leading private and public funding sources. On the Client side, Matt has represented property owners, developers, and equity investors.
A graduate of the Towson State University of Maryland, International Business and Marketing, Matt currently resides in Berlin, Maryland with his wife Kimberly, son Aidan.
