Lydia Torres joins Equiventure Capital, as Assistant Vice President of the Puerto Rico branch office. Lydia brings over 21 years of professional executive level experience in the healthcare, insurance and real estate industries. As the cofounder and developer of American General Companies, Lydia built and managed a workforce of over 100 agents resulting in an annual multi-million dollar revenue stream in premiums in less than three years. Lydia was Cofounder and Vice President, of Nova Infusion & Compounding Pharmacy Services; the largest company in the healthcare industry in Puerto Rico. She strategically implemented and achieved marketing and financial goals resulting in annual revenue streams exceeding $30 million dollars. In the real estate industry, Lydia has 10 years of experience in financing and managing multiple groups of properties for residential and commercial purposes valued at over $25 million dollars. She was responsible for operations, acquisitions and underwriting on all transactions. Lydia holds a BBA degree in Management/Marketing from the University of Puerto Rico in San Juan and a Masters Degree in Business Administration/Marketing & Finance from the Interamerican University, San Juan, PR.
