Jonharold Cicero joins Equiventure Capital as Associate of Complex Commercial Development. Jonharold brings to this position a wealth of real estate industry experience in residential management, operational expertise, and NY State Regulatory planning and development review.
Prior to joining Equiventure Capital, Jonharold served as a Legal Aid in the Real Estate Finance Bureau of the New York State Office of the Attorney General, under Andrew Cuomo, where he oversaw regulatory review and approval of all Condo, Coop and other proposed multi-million dollar real estate development projects. He specialized in Offering Plans for new construction and conversions in the State of New York. He also served as in-house legal advisor at the residential and commercial development firm of SAXA, Inc. and in a legal position for the Manhattan law firm Finkelstein Newman Ferrara, LLP in the real estate litigation practice
Jonharold holds a Bachelor of Art degree from LaSalle University, where he was a member of the soccer, track and rugby teams in the Atlantic 10 conference. In addition, Jonharold holds a Juris Doctorate from New York Law School. He is a member of the American Bar Association, the New York State Bar Association, the New York County Lawyers Association, where he serves as the Honorary Co-Chair of the Construction Law Committee; and the Eagle Scout Council of the Greater New York Council for the Boy Scouts of America.
