Elizabeth Vallone - Founder / CEO

Elizabeth Vallone is the Founder and Managing Partner of Equiventure Capital. Since its formation in 2006, under Elizabeth's leadership, her firm has successfully financed $1.2+ billion of transactions consisting of private equity, hedge funds, debt, bridge, mezzanine and joint venture projects nation-wide and internationally. These projects encompassed all types of Commercial Real Estate assets such as multifamily, assisted living, student housing, hotels, office buildings, manufacturing, large public/private entertainment centers. Elizabeth has over 15 years of experience in developing strategic and creative financing solutions advising Developers, Investors, and CRE Portfolio Managers in structuring financing for all types of real estate projects including construction, construction completion, acquisition, reposition, sales lease back and other medium to large scale investments nation-wide. Elizabeth also founded and leads the Venture Capital division of the firm dedicated to financing non-real estate projects such as alternative energy, medical technologies, and many other start-up businesses. With her team of Financial Project Managers, underwriters, analysts and dedicated loan servicing staff, Elizabeth is responsible for all operations of Equiventure Capital and Chairperson of the Project Feasibility Committee. Equiventure Capital's successful track record in achieving the best financing solutions for its Clients is built on Elizabeth's creative financing expertise, solid dedication to each project and her strong business relationships forged with a broad network of private and institutional lenders, equity investors groups, conduit lenders, and syndication funds.

Elizabeth graduated with honors from Dowling College and holds a Bachelors of Business Administration in Accounting/Finance. She also holds Bachelor of Science in Law and a Juris Doctor in Law from Concord Law School. She is a New York State registered and licensed Mortgage Broker.

Pre-Equiventure Capital
Prior to establishing Equiventure Capital, Elizabeth held positions at several Commercial Real Estate financing firms concentrating on consulting and structuring financing for all types of assets, including multifamily, assisted living, student housing, hotels, manufacturing, and other types commercial projects. The aggregate value of all projects funded exceeded $625 MM.

Earlier in Elizabeth's financial career, she held positions in several medium sized Public Accounting firms specializing in Commercial Real Estate auditing and financial advisory services for Client portfolios value exceeding $10 billion, a firm specializing in Asset Backed Commercial Paper Financing, managed the Trading desk, compiled and wrote critical SEC required quarterly and annual financial statement reports, and directed complex audit processes with internal/external staff.
