As an Associate for Equiventure Capital's Northeastern Region division, Pittsburgh Office, Carlene Gnazzo is responsible for all Commercial Real Estate business development, loan origination, and credit analysis. Carlene is a driving force dedicated to her Clients in securing myriad financing requirements for all types of commercial real estate projects. Prior to joining the firm, Carlene spearheaded a start-up venture that included securing Capital for Clients to finance ground-up projects, facilitating investor relations and collaborated with Commercial Real Estate Brokers and Developers to lead site location, conduct pre-underwriting analysis to identify and secure the Client's presence in target MSAs (Metropolitan Statistical Areas). Carlene received her Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration and Economics at Lenoir Rhyne University. She serves on the Advisory Committee for the Alexis Joy D'Achille Foundation and is an active member of the Pittsburgh Downtown Partnership.
