As a consultant in the senior living industry, Mr. Tingle has almost 20 years of experience working with the senior sector. He has performed extensive marketing studies, facilitated the design, and acquisitioned, developed and constructed several large assisted living facilities in Georgia, one being the largest in Georgia at the time of construction. Additionally, he has marketed and managed care facilities causing at least one of them to be fully occupied within seven months. He has served as Vice President of the Georgia Personal Care Home Association.
Prior to being involved in the seniors market, Mr. Tingle owned and operated a mortgage brokerage business. With a staff of five commercial lenders and 23 residential lenders, his company closed commercial, residential and construction loans throughout the Southeast. Leading up to that time, Mr. Tingle was employed by several mortgage firms and has also developed, built and marketed residential single family homes.
Graduated from the University of Georgia in 1976 with a major in real estate and finance, Mr. Tingle attended the University of Arkansas has a Juris Doctorate of Law. He is a licensed Georgia and Florida real estate broker and licensed builder.
